Right off the transport truck, my C63 507...
Just happened to be driving by as I knew it was coming and lo and behold with the transport truck still in my view there she was in Iridium...
The car has a real presence, and with this being the first on to arrive in Ottawa, the salespeople were curious seeing the car in the flesh. Some were surprised to not see any badging on it on the outside? Also, it has some MBapps thingy which makes the car into a hotspot, so while I do have a non-PP 2011, with the all new interior and 56 extra bhp, I am thinking that I have some reading to do! I am keeping the pinstripe, as it is tastefully done and with the black bits, I think works really well in Iridium. The alcantara bits are real nice and I am looking forward to the new interior, not that crappy, rattly pop-up screen in my car.
Picking it up Friday!

For those of you who dont know, I am Coladin brother and I saw the car today being prepped and it has an incredible presence. It really stands out from all the C class cars. I had the 2008 C63 in irridium a while back and though it had its own presence, this new 507 in irridium looks crazy. This is the last of the big V8 motored cars before the transition to smaller displacement V8 and forced induction cars. I think this car is a keeper as we will never witness this type of lunacy in V8 sports sedans. I cant wait till he takes me for a rip tommorow!

Very sweet ride. I like the way the decal and black 507 parts look on iridium silver bolder than steel grey (my 507) or obsidian, and not as loud as white or red. I didn't want two iridium silver Mercedes, that being said I will gladly trade you so I have two 507s. JK, JK

^^ agreed, the decals are a love or hate affairs.. I would also rock them as is for a while til I get tired of them.. And we all know they can be removed easily if need be.

I struggled with the wheel colour because all the pics/brochure I could not get a clear look at the actual finish. In the end the best look I got was it is not a shiny wheel, more of a matte finish and I think with the black bits the black wheel might fit better...that was the hardest choice to make as I have never had a black rim but right now I am liking my choice!

Congrats!!!
I got mine right off the truck as well. Being my 3rd C63, it blows the other 2 out of the water. The interior is fabulous and not one rattle. Everything seems really tight. I of course took the "acceleration lines" off, but don't hate them. Looks okay on your car.

I have mine coming in Tuesday. Same as yours except with silver wheels.
This car is VERY hard to get. You can't order a 507 anymore. They have no more parts to build one.
Can't wait !!

I have never driven one. I'm a M3 guy. It looked so beautiful and powerful in an understated kind of way. Couldn't say no. I tried to order one for a month but they stopped making them. They found this one on the water and should be here tomorrow. I hope it's as tight as the M3. I'm 51 years old and tired of wringing out motors for power. This should be just the ticket

Beautiful car. The iridium silver really pops on the car with the black accents. I saw the same color combo car at a dealer a few days ago, and I could not believe the MSRP was $88k! Yikes! I think they had checked every option.
