Limited slip
I noticed a warning glued to my new car (507) windshield about changing the diff fluid at 1,875 miles.
What do you recommend? Redline? Factory fluid?
Does it come with a drain plug or do you need to suck it out?
Does it fill up to the fill plug?

In NA we use Castrol Syntrax Limited Slip 75W-140. MB Part # A 001 989 52 03 10. I filled mine up to the bottom of the fill plug hole. Takes a little over 1.2L (1.3 US qt). No additives should be used.

Exactly right. Check at the BMW dealer. They may have it cheaper. Mine had it for 33% of the MB dealer, but I had to bring my own container. They pump it from their 55gal drum.
