Parker K, it is quite surprising how much oil even the NA motors suck up. We have removed many stock intake manifolds on the M156 and most of the time oil will be dripping outside of the port. These pictures are not made up. This is very typical.

We do have these in stock and our shopping cart should have been updated. Thank you!

I certainly hear what you are saying and the pictures do tell a story - but with that much pooling of oil in an NA motor I can't help but think something else is amiss in that motor...I guess it comes down to how much oil is normal vs. excessive. The pics above with oil pooled by the trumpets certainly seems excessive. If all that was gathered up you would at least have a cup...so how many miles on that motor and was it supercharged, and why was the intake taken off anyway?

Crank case ventilation design is the reason why more than normal amounts of oil flow through the PCV system. Thanks!

Well I know for a fact that ever since I had a service in 1Q this year, I've already had to top up the engine oil in two separate occasions. Each top up is equivalent to 1L of engine oil. Is this normal or is the oil going somewhere it shouldn't?!
