Huh? My car stays in M almost all the time, what do you mean by slow? The only slow thing is the person behind the paddles...
same here only in M mode.... U need a tune thats why it shifts slow. if u tune ur car u will shift much much faster.

and i feel like in some mods the exhaust is louder?
