2012 c63 coupe

I am taking my 12 coupe in this week as well for the same problem. Everyone seems to be getting a different solution so I will keep you guys posted on what my service rep tells me.

Just a quick update guys, i did 3 more C63's with the same noise and low and behold it was the alloy plate under the engine. Please do a check or tighten the bolts on the plate first. It's very easy DIY before you take it to a dealer.

Btw to update this thread the sound literally went away in the summer, and right when it started getting cold in NY, IT Came Back!!

So I have made two trips to the dealership so far and they still haven't been able to find a solution to the sound. They have tightened suspension parts and replaced both control arms. I am taking the car in for the third time so lets see what happens. I haven't yet tried tightening the alloy plate under the engine yet.
