Getting a C63 before selling my current car
Ok so the title says it all. There are really good deals on 2013 C63s out there, that apparently end in Dec 31st. After that date you can still buy it, but you won't be allowed to lease the car, which is what I'm trying to do.
Problem is, I still have my 135i. I'm paying relatively low for it monthly, it's in great condition and I have extra stuff that I'm giving away like my BMW Performance exhaust and my winter wheels and tires.
The problem is: unless I'm incredibly lucky, there's no way I find someone to take my car in the winter time on such short notice (it's on leasebusters already). Car dealers are offering me at best 5k$ less than the current buyout price.
So my choices are:
1. Lose 5k (that I could put as cash down), and sell the car to the dealer, which is going to make at least the same amount in benefits when selling it..
2. Get the c63 anyways, and loose 763$ per month until I find a buyer, +1500$ incentive...
3. Keep the 135i, and forget about the C63 </3
Is there something I'm missing? What do you guys think? I've been dreaming about this car for the past 2 years now, and now I really have the opportunity to get one for not much more than my current car per month..

Stop rushing. I also had a 135i and it's not like that isn't a fun car. Jb4/DP's/E85 and it was just as fast if not faster than the c63 and quite nice to drive. Sure, it doesn't sound like a c63 but I definitely wouldn't eat 5 grand just to get behind the wheel of a c63.

Do you believe that there are going to be deals on 2014 507? I highly doubt that, given that production has stopped AFAIK and there are only 3 coupes available in Quebec...

OP, it's never now or never with cars. There will always be deals in the future. Enjoy your current ride and when the right opportunity presents itself then you make the move. When the new body 2015 C63's are available, all of the W204s will be yesterday's news.

Yeah I guess, but then to get the same kind of rebate we're talking about waiting till the end of the W204's life too.. Or to get the same monthly payment, I'd have to put 10k downpayment or something.

If you can put 10k and get the same monthly payments that sounds like a steal to upgrade to a 507 BUT I'm guessing your going to have to "restart" your term to get the same payments. Let's say you have 30 months left on the 135i. I'm guessing the 507 will bring you back to 48 months or whatever the term is
