Looking at buying a 2010 C63 and this is the VIN: WDDGF7HB3AF418181. Is this an issue that should have been fixed by now, or is it something that has to be corrected before a major issue occurs.

The title of the thread gives you your answer. You should assume they have not been replaced. Only way to know is to check with a Dealer.
