From my understanding it would obviously be in the range with the faulty headbolts.

It seems like it would be in the range, but I heard that there are some builds that were not affected. I am just looking to verify, if possible. I'm a recent new owner, so learning as much as I can and enjoying the car.

As per the thread title, your car is affected. Keep an eye on the coolant level, and if you decide to have the headbolts replaced (I would personally), then I would have a good Indy Shop do them rather than MB.

Indeed it is. Trying to catch up on as many historic threads as possible, confirmed on being in the affected group.
I haven't seen a definitive answer yet, is it better to go with aftermarket replacement bolts or MB's replacement bolts used in newer built motors?

Maybe not as easy to find but, revised OEM bolts are fine unless you're planning on adding a blower in the future, then go ARP (Weistec) studs.
Just joined website, picked up an 09 C63 in AZ, just turned 40k miles. Fairly certain it's in the affected range, but would appreciate a check on my VIN.
