The test drive put a huge smile on my face
, I think I am going to have to pull the trigger on this. Anyone have any opinions on this deal, or anything else I should be aware of? The headbolt issue should not be a problem since its a 2012.

Looks like a good price. It doesn't have performance package but you have the LSD at least. A tune and some aftermarket parts should make it look like it has PP
. As well looks like maintenance has been done every 8k miles. Make sure brakes/tires are good to go. (They should since it is a CPO)I'd say go for it!
Does an engine tune typically void the warranty? I was originally looking at a 2010 that had an MHP tune, but was worried if the head bolts ever failed and the engine blew I would be screwed.
Wait till after your warranty is up before you start with the engine mods and tunes.
I would have guessed this car to be listed in the high 50s from what I saw when looking. Perhaps they are trying to move the car before the end of the year? I wouldn't be surprised to see the price go back up if it doesn't sell by next week.
For reference the car I just bought was $54K. 2012 sedan no CPO 25K miles, but the MSRP was $75K (p31, keyless, etc). Also not black, which is really quite hard to find lol.
Next decision - dealership is offering 3yr Tire & Wheel Plus (includes cosmetic damage) for $2k and 3yr prepaid maintenance (A, B, C service) for $1800. Both seem high, and I will likely not do either. I was given until tomorrow at noon to decide.
I think pay-as-you-go maintenance at the dealership or at a good independent shop (if I can find one) would be at or less that cost, but will calling around tomorrow to confirm. Anyone recommend the T&W+? I am a fairly careful driver with regard to potholes and debris but Chicago roads can be **** in the winter/spring.

Dealerships are way overpriced, and DIY maintenance on our cars is pretty easy, and won't mess with your warranty (just keep good records, receipts etc). The tire package ia a waste of money as well. Too many restrictions.
