U have to throttle it. However if you want car to hook from a dead stop with full throttle go with Nitto drag radials. I had them on a previous car w over 470 rwhp w a manual trans and 4.10 gearing and it they hook.

Your best bet on stock wheels is Nitto DR's 285'35'18.

PSS is a solid solid tire. once my v12s are done, i will be going back to PSS

275s for me

Another options for tires are the Advan Sports.

The PSS's are probably the best overall tire. The Advan Sports seem to have a bit of a stiffer sidewall for hard cornering.

I went ahead and ordered a set of Advan Sports for my C63. Will let you guys know how they work out once I get them installed.

nittos suck, dont waste your time. yes they are super cheap and theres a reason. i got maybe 2k miles out of them and no traction

275's with my 19's on the rears with Michelin PSS, that's the way to go.. and it truly depends on how heavy your foot is!
