Hello all.

Been following MBWorld for a while, great forum with lots of beautiful AMG! I am a proud owner of a 2014 507. I know there are other treads regarding tire size but I would like the exact size that everyone uses on there oem 19 inch rims on there 507. For the time being I will not be lowering and not adding spacers. I will be trading in my Continental for Michelin PSS. Please help

275/30/19 rear on a 507. with the slight lowering of the suspension setting, from factory. stock everything. no issues

Did you get 275/30/19 PSS is the rear, how is the ride/grip/fitment? Still on OEM in the front I presume.

I am currently using snow tires, winter promotion. When the car arrived I asked dealership to just install the snow tires. Sorry couldn't help you with mileage.

OEM in the front: 235/35

And yes for the rear, I did go with 275/30.

The fitment works perfectly and the ride is virtually the same. Now grip, I tend to feel a little more stable on lateral moves, but still can spin on take-off. But once they are up to temp, they feel great. I ran 275's on my other 2, so I was very familiar and confident about going with the slightly larger size. Eventually, wide-body and 305's or 315's.


But if any one is heisting on putting the 275/30/19 on the 507 wheels, considering the slightly lowered stance from the factory, don't. They work great.

Jordan - if you wide body that thing we need to do it with 335s on 13" wide wheels. No reason to go with skinny 315s.

Picked mine up in September and by November I had put on 2000 miles and they were more than half done. And half of that was break-in period. I don't understand why so bad, especially that the fronts are worn at the same rate. My 2011 would get twice the mileage in the fronts. Told dealer to look into this as this is unacceptable, even to a seasoned C63 owner.

How about the front? Will PSS 245/35/19 fit without any rubbing?
