2013 C63 Front Seat Side Bolsters Tight
On the facelift versions I believe these switches were combined into a single switch and relocated onto the panel under the outer thigh bolster of the seat.
ON the prefacelift version at least all 3 switches are on the one circuit for both front seats, so in theory if there is a short somewhere all the adjustments will not work, on both front seats. If it is only your side bolsters that are not working it suggests a mechanical problem with just the side bolsters on that seat.

All sedans (pre-LCI and LCI) have the three switches on the side of the seat for the various inflatable bladders. The coupes have the single 4-position switch on the bottom that controls the mechanical lumbar support.
when i let my mother drive the car, she said the seats were uncomfortable as well... after a few times, she started to get used to it... and later said that the seats in her s550 seems to be too loose... =P
so although the experience might not be the same for you... but it could be you just need some additional seat time...

OP I would recommend giving them a few weeks to "break in," if you will.

Seats MUST be black with white stitching around the leather
Where can I purchase these seats
If you already have a C63 (and thus the seats themselves), re-upholstering them would be a *MUCH* more reasonable option. Does the sedan have air bags in the seat? If your car is not already configured for the same seat type, re-coding it is pretty much impossible... at least not somethign that Mercedes would even entertain when building a car (been there).

Maybe OP's seats are messed up? Maybe try sitting in another C63 at the dealer and see if you have the same issue?

OMG is that funny... In all seriousness I have lost 60lbs (242-182) over the last 8 months.. if I can do it anyone can..
