Buying 2010 C63 - anything I should look out for?

Hello, I'm new to posting here. I am in the process of buying a 2010 C63 with the performance package. It has 40k km on it and under warranty until June 2014.

Is there anything I should look out for before I sign?

The BMW dealership I am buying from sent it to a local MB dealership for warranty work and all new rubber. I should be able to pick it up tomorrow. My BMW salesman said there was an engine leak they found during their inspection and its being fixed as well as a full inspection from MB.

I would appreciate any tips from C63 owners/technicians as to what I should look out for.

Thank you

What kind of leak was found. 40k kms (25k mls) is low mileage on a 2010.
How are the Brakes?
When was the last oil change done?
Depending on how long you intent to keep the car opt for an extended warranty or put money on the side for eventual major repairs. The biggest one would eventually be the headbolt issue (check sticky). Don't panic just be aware that's all.
A part from that is the car stock?

Thank you for the reply. I plan to keep the car 4 - 5 years at least. I will go with the extended warranty.

I have to wait until the BMW dealership gets the car back from MB later today, they will send me the repair/inspection and I will post the details here. I read the entire sticky on the Head Bolt issue and I am hoping this car doesn't have that and if it did that it was fixed properly.

As far as I know the car had 1 owner, local car, I have the carproof and it's legit and the car is stock.

That car should check out if MB is working on it.
The only thing with low miles cars is to understand why? Accident, garage queen, etc...
I assume you are in Canada since you are using carproof

Yes, I am in Vancouver, Canada. There was no accident reported, if there was and it was over $2000.00 it would show in the report. I would assume it was the previous owners 2nd car?

Nice white sedan btw! Love the black wheels.

Yes, I can see it now that you pointed it out. Looks great. You see a lot of white cars with black wheels.

How long have you had your C63?
