Service A0
So I see that my service A0 is coming up with the next couple of months. Just curious as to what exactly it entails and what should I be looking at in terms of the costs? Preferably in Canada.
Thanks!

Probably basic oil change and checks.
150$+ charge.
Or i might be confusing with B service. One of them is an oil change + all filters replacement + top up fluids + basic checks. That one could > 300$+.
Either way all of them are DYI-able.

A and B service are essentially oil changes with a butt-load of checks.
To the OP, refer to the service manual and know what you want to have done specifically at the appropriate intervals. The easiest way to get raped by a dealership is to go in saying I need a such-such service, not knowing what needs to be done.
Or worse, not actually having it done. Always go over the work order sheet they give you to know what was actually done. They only charge for parts they actually use/services they actually do. If you go in for an oil change and only got charged for 5 quarts of oil then you know something's up.

I dropped off my car for service B today. Will set me back by $499 plus tax :-(
When I asked my SA what service B consists of, he rattled off a list of checks i cant even remember.

I am not going to go to a MB dealer but an independent dealer who deals with luxury vehicles. I am sure the prices would be a lot different.

In 2011 my dealer in NB quoted me $267 for service A. Service A0 also includes a transmission fluid change probably > $450 at 60000 km or 3 years. So you may be looking at >$700.
