With the 200+ lb weight loss this car is getting, there was probably no need for 4-piston calipers in the rear.
The F10 M5 has single-piston sliding calipers in the rear and that car's braking is just fine - despite being much heavier than the new W205.
The E63-S w/ 4MATIC weighs around 4,500 lbs so I can see why that car needs a 6/4 setup.
And the front rotors are carbon ceramic, which means that carbon ceramic brakes will be an option for the first time ever on the C63.

I think it looks great - inside and out. And it will probably drive circles around the W204.
Doesn't matter to me though, I'm still just months into my new W204.

The interior on the new model looks to contain much better materials.
Look at the leather-stitched dash. There are way too many hard and soft plastics in the pre-LCI C63s, in my opinion.
The LCI W204 was an improvement but still, the quality of the interior materials on the W205 C-Class looks to be much higher.
My 2 cents.
