It really depends what you are after and your definition of the "best" is.
Is the best to you something which is reliable long term? is it the cheapest price? is it the vendor with the best customer service? or you looking for something which is the fastest?
If you do a search here you will find countless threads on different exhaust/header companies. From what I have seen you cannot really answer which is the fastest, because none have raced on the same day at the same place. At the end of the day there is barely any different with exhaust setups.
I personally would recommend listening to the different exhaust options and go with the sound you want rather than other people's best.
Once you have that then talk to Eurocharged or Weistec for a tune and you will have a great sounding, quick car.
Good luck.

2009 Barolo red C63 AMG (SOLD).13' P31 c63 coupe 2012 porsche panamera
Heres my personal experience and opinion. Ive tried every combo with headers, not aftermarket exhausts but x pipe h pipe straight pipe etc. my last setup was AP long tube headers all the way straight to mufflers. Sounded cool, but got annoying having to wait for the place to clear up of older people or getting cussed out at gas stations. I combined my AP long tubes with their valvetronic exhaust. Quiet when you want it, LOUD when you want it. Honestly it doesnt sound as "harleyish" as the videos, it has more of a refined f1 sound but it really grew on me, people compliment it all the time telling me it was better than my toneless old exhaust. It has a nice tone to it now, very loud, and pops very nicely. Ipe is the same i believe.

Tunes u can get from any tuner and u will have a solid tune . Oe. Weistec. RT . Euro charged that's 7000 plus customers and growing.
Headers I tried only 1 type and that's MHP V1. Have them in the car for over 4 years and with there tune back in the day I ran 11.19@125 only filter tune headers DR's.
Gained from stock 100rw on the dot.
Now I have same headers with 3 inch pipe to a muffler in the center where the resonator would be and of course 2 more mufflers 1 on each side . This was done so I can make the car less raspy and more deep rumble but it's still loud and low rpm but not very loud and wot. Here's a video.
From inside the car.

From a dig outside view.

Eurocharged V5 tune + German blip TCU... By far the most extreme tune setup possible. It's as close to SLS black series as you can get without all the internal upgrades essentially. Good for a solid 550 crank power.
Headers very subjective. Catbacks don't make much power, the power comes from deleting/upgrading cats and headers.

Sounds great, I like it sounds very much like my Trans Am (which also wears Magnaflow cat back and has a 7k rpm 6.2L). My C63 has MBH headers and stock cat back exhaust which sounds obnoxious and I love it plus the fact that it can be toned down by putting it in "C" and going easy with my right foot. But I'd defiantly consider doing something like that if I was going to keep my car around a while.
Honestly the stock catback with LTH is the best sound for this car. What I did was for weight savings and slight power increase.
