Ouch man
I've had bad experiences too...even with members of this board....just learn from them and move on. No part is worth the headache...never wire money....just use paypal...worth the few bucks in fees. At least they'll take care of you if you get screwed.
Plus you get what you pay for. I bought a carbon spoiler from a vendor and it had some flaws in the finish/gel coat....went with a mode carbon and was way happier with it.
Hope all gets sorted out man!

*****UPDATE*****
Received the new grill today from vendor 55tech.
Part is in MINT condition with no broken tabs or scratches.
He sent out a replacement part in a couple days with fast shipping and the part came flawless and packed well. Great communication and service.
The first one had ALL broken tabs and the box it came in looked like it was used in a soccer game. Be sure you check that you don't have any broken tabs. Overall the item is made of thick plastic, heavy duty, and the part looks very true to OEM. Nice dark black plastic and clean chrome. Grill pattern is spot on and the sizing is good. You will need to just keep your top chrome piece on your trunk.
I will post pics after installed.

The grill looks pretty cool actually. I had never done this before bit was rather easy. Just push up and remove two plastic pins on top, then pull up and push toward the radiator. Its rather easy to do and it just needs to be freed from the two end circular locks.
The new grill is rather open and largely vented, with huge inlet holes and you can literally see the radiator. The old OEM grill, when taken off and inspected, is so chunky and restrictive. I have been running a bit cooler since replacement surprisingly.
