Any reason the rear isn't offered in a 10" width? Too wide for the W204 C63? And why the (relatively) narrow tire widths? No 245 or 265s available for front and back? Thanks

19"X9.5" is 25.6 lbs. and the 19"X8.5" is 23.2 lbs.

That seems heavy the Italian race wheels (OCZ) I had on my last car had 16lb 18x8 and 17lb 18x9. why are these so heavy? And the OCZ's were actually slightly cheaper!

Wow, that's really really light. Those are lighter than Rays Engineering wheels, even lighter than the wheels Rays Engineering makes for the factory Porsche Cup race cars.

They are a very good looking wheel.

Your forgestars are cast in China and are not TUV approved.


The HRE's are 100% made in Japan by a very well known manufacturer(Not going to say who) who makes the OE wheels for many car brands.


They really aren't in the same ball park. The forgestars are along the lines of VMR / Miro / Avante Garde etc.

Only a few places in the GTA.


Either Precision rim repair / Carcones or possibly Union rim.


Looks like a brushed face + clear on VACLAV set. They didn't do the inner spokes because that requires some more labor / hand brush. The top is done by machine.

Hey thanks. They were refinished by Ric at Precision Rim. (Weston/Finch). It was his first time doing this finish but he did an awesome job! It is a brushed finish with smoke tint clear coat, but he can do any tint on the clear coat. .. you can also contact Allen at Simply and he can get in contact with Ric.

But you don't have to go through Allen, you can go directly to Ric @ Precision.


Rick also only does the machining, the actual finished product is taken care of by a friend of mine near the airport.

$150/wheel and I know but I got it done through insurance so it was easier to put the claim through Allen at Simply then fire it off to Ric since I needed a tire as well
