Just received mine and in the process of updating the mygenius. About midway thru the update it stops and a error message pops up stating, "The device is not correctly enabled [1472]". I've already contacted Jerry and awaiting a response.
Has anyone had a similar message pop up?

It has been a little while since I used my handheld, but if I remember correctly, you had to update the unit before uploading the file, did you guys do this?

Pretty frustrating, I was hoping it'd be a simple plug n play like the Cobb Accessport that I've used in the past. Oh well, off to work..hopefully tomorrow there's a fix

It's day 3 of having received my handheld tuner, and still no help with updating my device nor have I received the actual v5 tune yet. I've emailed Jerry every day and still have nothing to show for the money I've spent.
After reading so many positive reviews of Eurocharged and their excellent customer service, I'm really disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) that I'm getting. It'd be a different story if they told me they were having technical difficulties with the tune, but that simply isn't the case for me.
What's even more frustrating is that some forum members here are reporting to have received the handheld and tune and everything is running seamless for them. This is in no way meant to bash Eurocharged or Jerry, I'm simply sharing my experience thus far which has been less then satisfactory.

I can't even get that far, because my handheld isn't properly configured. About midway thru the process I get a pop-up message that reads, "The device is not correctly enabled [1472]". I've been waiting for help to get passed this phase.

Sit tight... they will take care of it. I believe these guys stand behind their product.
