Eurocharged V5 Tune Review
I really could just leave you with this: sexy.
But feel that I must expound.
First and foremost, I have yet to receive the type of consistent service that I do from Jerry and his team @ EC from any other organization that I have transacted with. Literally unmatched in my opinion.
That being said, good Christ - the downshifts are amazing. Don't even know where to begin. Best part is that just when you want them to be loud (namely when going slow ie 3rd to 2nd, 2nd to 1st) they are!! The noise that comes out of this exhaust now is just epic to be perfectly fair. Hearing this now kind of worries me about what's going to be possible with the incoming FI 205 chassis, but I digress. Back on topic, the neighbors that live where I slow down (ie front of neighborhood and those by my driveway) are going to have good reason to love me even more than they already do lol
I might be crazy (very probable) but I definitely feel a difference in drivability and overall feel. The whole drivetrain just felt more responsive - from shifting, to pedal feel, power delivery, pull, etc. Really feels like a more polished car/driving experience.
Don't know what the guys do at EC but keep it coming.
If it wasn't for their tunes I can 100% say that I wouldn't enjoy this car as much as I do.
Cheers!

yea also had a hard time with genuis, wanted to update, so got it not to update and uploaded, after jerry sent me the link to re-download the software, i uploaded and flashed.
try the ecu/tcu reset and see how it helps, maybe it has learnt new diving habits that need to be reset

Do this
1. Turn the igniiton key to the "on" position which is just before you crank the engine to start.
2. Press the accelerator to the floor and hold for 5 seconds.
3. Then turn the key to the off position but do not remove the key, then release the accelerator.
4. Wait at least 5 minutes, the ECU is then reset.
The ECU rest procedure only erases the adaptive transmission and throttle settings. It does not erase any of the fuel, timing or other programming.

i have driven C for like 2k miles or so, one day i wanted to overtake someone, i said wat da eff, car was sluggish, after that day i only drive in S+
maybe what u can do is, after wify drives it and u need to drive it, drive like u stole it anytime u get space for that, so it keeps things in check

Loaded V5 last night. I need more seat time, but from what I can tell after a quick drive in M mode the downshifts are quite a bit more aggressive. I'm assuming more initial throttle % to blip the RPM faster. They seem to be fairly matched with the physical RPM in the lower gear.
It may be in my head, but S mode seems to be more refined. It used to be a little jerky/sloppy in V4. If anything else has changed, it's not significant enough to really notice. The V4 tune was solid.

Need Videos!!!!
Would love to hear your beasts with the new tune.
Curious to hear how this will sound with my setup. Eisenmann Race + Res / Secondary cat deleted. As is, its ridiculous.

Eurocharged = bad *** EVERYTHING they tune! I have a Cayenne S they tuned and I threw on a Remus exhaust, plus Fabspeed cat bypass, BMC drop in air filters. I need to make a side by side video with exhaust notes from three of my cars 11 Cayenne S, 09 C63 sedan (Eurocharged installed headers and cat bypass + tune) and a good ol American big block 72 Chevelle with a GM 502 crate motor!! Vids later today...

probably a silly question, but does tuning negatively affect the longevity and reliability of our vehicles? I want to tune, but don't want to jeopardize the life of my vehicle. Insight appreciated!
