Let me know how it goes on a sedan, I've only done it on my BS and another coupe. Nowadays, I drive with my backseats down until it's needed for passengers. The sound is easily twice as loud.
If you want to impress yourself inside the car, flip the seats down. If you want to impress (or **** off) the neighbors, go for a loud exhaust. That's how I see it anyways.

Yeah, my rear seats are never up! Makes me hate long trips when I need the seats up because the car is too quiet

I mean I have mike's pipe and I typically (all the time) drive with ESC OFF and M mode. However, dropping that rear seat = magic.
IT IS SO MUCH BETTER. SO MUCH.
