I have the lowest mileage 2008 C63 in the US!!!
Just wanted to post some photos showing my "new" car, but my first AMG, loving it so far and trying to break it in properly! I got a hell of a deal on this car, it was in perfect condition when I picked her up, later the dealership also confirmed everything is in working order and immaculate condition, paint, brakes, tires, hoses, belts, seals, all rubber parts, engine is brand new. Only issue were the cobwebs haha... Only 460 miles though, felt like I was leaving the Mercedes dealership with a brand spanking new car!! Let the modding begin!

Wow, only 460 miles on a 6-7 year old C63!! That's incredible! Did someone totally forget that this car existed on this planet? What's the story?
Congrats on the purchase of your first AMG!

There is another thread on this and it was sitting in a garage the whole 7 years. Rubber does not deteriorate much in 7 years when inside. However, most people were like you and were afraid of the rubber products. I guess most people envision a barn find that has been sitting for 40 years and all the rubber has rotted.
What a beautiful car, the OP is really going to enjoy driving his BRAND NEW 2008. What a great buy!!!

miles aint nothing but a number. Thats awesome, becareful with that california duster it'll probably get clogged up in the first couple inches of cleaning
Id definitely put a new battery in it.

How much did you pay if not too much asking. I guess the battery has been changed since then otherwise after 7 years it wouldn't start.

The mirrors look sooo outdated lol, I wonder where I can get the newer ones? Is it a simple swap? Tail lights Im ok with, maybe i'll upgrade to 2012 tail lights led.

Awesome find and nice car
FYI, if it hasn't already been done, I would be sure to change all of the fluids in the car after it has sat static for so long.
Personally I would change the fluids for the Transmission, Differential, Radiator, Power Steering and I would flush the Brake Fluid.
Most of them will absorb moisture and break down over time, especially the brake fluid.
Then after all of that you can drive it like you stole it!!!

I'm suggesting u the taillights cuz 2008-2009 can be coded with the newer tails, 2010 can't.
The new tails & mirrors will make ur car looks fresh.

^ Matt sold me a set of mirrors that took a whopping 5 minutes to install, total. Plug and play but non folding. Just turn signals.

Matt is definitely the man. Loosing the folding function is a good trade-off for the fresher look.

Theres no warranty I can buy now thats not over $5K, Im not too worried about it, I'll ride it out until something comes up, it's not my daily driver anyways. Most people with 2008-2010 are out of warranty anyways from what I've seen.

It's a solid car. I'm still trying to figure out how an engine this big fits in a car this small. I couldn't squeeze a mouse fart in the space that the engine doesn't take up under the hood.
Happy for you! Another proud pappy with a fresh monster.

yea I have the folding mirrors, I love that option, not sure if I would trade it for updated mirror covers.... The engine is huge!! I always get the feeling Mercedes AMG cars are more solid and reliable than BMW M cars... When I had my E46 M3, it was a nightmare, same with some of my buddies E92 M3... issue after issue.

Every high performance car has its issues. Some worse than others obviously.
I've had great success with every bmw I've owned. Might even pick up the f10 m5 in the next few months.

The new M5's are a beast man. My uncle has a 2014 and holy **** that thing is awesome. The only thing I hate about it is that you don't get the same 'felling' or the same 'thrill' you get when driving the C63 even though it has more power. I gunned his and it goes fast but just doesn't have that stomach churning feeling I get in the C63 and it sounds like crap on top of that.
