Houston Area?
Hey, I've been hanging around the last couple weeks. I picked up at 2010 non PP C63 (out of a 2012 SRT-8, that will be missed).

Any Merc guys/clubs coordinated around in the Houston area (I know I've seen a few posting in here)? Even just rollouts to Coffee and Cars? Anyone go to Royal Purple Raceway?

The Texas regional section looked dead, so if there is a better place to post this, let me know.

Thanks. Never thought I'd own a red car...of course, I said that about my Yellow SRT-4 back in the day, too....

Yeah. Good idea!

My exhaust is full cats with an H-pipe replacing the resonators.

I would like to hear any car that has exhaust mods - I really want to here some LTH combos. I want LTH but still want it to sound "pretty" much like stock when cruising in the neighborhod.

You can listen to combos on the Internet but you really need to hear them in person.

I do not want to R&D the exhaust setup on a car - I have already been the R&D sucker for one car do not want to do it again!

Hijacking this thread. Do we have a large Atlanta presence? I see AMG's every now and then and would love to discuss mods/experiences/shoot-the-**** with them but I don't feel like many are forum trolls or do meetups. Anyone know of ATL-ians out there? There has to be a good bit since we have one of the largest performance centers around.....

How about an autocross outing? SCCA does one a month here, usually first Sunday of the month, and cost is only $45. C63 is too big to be real competitive but its a blast, and and its a great way to get to know your car better and improve driving skills. Location varies between Royal Purple Raceway out west, the HPD driving academy near IAH, and the dog track down on I45 south. Here's the AMG contingent from the autocross last weekend at Royal Purple:

Spotted a black PFL with a big fin diffuser and rims at Market Square last night. I was parked on the first spot around the corner (you can see my car in the background). Looked good!

i'm always down for a good cuddle session. located in the greenway plaza area behind Costco / eisenmann race exhaust. being a former bmw guy, I know they meet monthly in the Costco parking lot. its a big lot, so im sure theres room to share.
