Can I run 245/35/19 front on stock 507 wheels w/ 12mm spacer?
Hey guys, searched and I don't know if it has been covered.
I'm currently running 275/30 on my 19x9 stock wheels in the rear with a 10mm spacer, so effective offset is +44. Fitment is definitely on point, and no rubbing as I can tell so far, tho I have not had any passengers in the back.
I'm wondering if I can safely run 245/35 in the front, on my stock 19x8, with a 12mm spacer, effective offset is +33.
Here's a teaser of the back. (lowered on kw v3 for those wondering). Tyres are also PSS.
Thanks for looking.

IMO with 10mm spacers in the rear you will be at +44 offset since OEM rear offset is +54.
12mm spacers in front is possible and will give an aggressive look on 19 OEM. It will all depend on your tire choice.

Opps ^ you're right, changed OP.
Actually the rears rub a little under certain dips....
Bumps do cause it to rub, but certain dips in the road do at some points.
Should I take off the 10mm spacer or downsize to 265/30 instead?

Pull the spacer first to see if the rubbing goes away. If not then go for the alternate and change tires. Rubbing tires on the wheel well to me is not cool or safe for that matter, no matter how slight. Maybe I miss the point in the fitment but in the end it is a Mercedes Benz AMG edition not a Mazda 6, enjoy the car.

Rear is effectively oem tire with 20 mm spacer
Front would be 17 mm
I run 245/40/18 w/12 mm spacers
No rubbing but not lowered
The dealer actually put them on
When replaced I'm going oem 235/40/18
Imo the narrower tire drives better
The rear is 265/35/18 w/10 mm spacers
Effective spacer of 15 mm
It's tight but no rubbing
I'll stick with the wider in the rear
Car needs the traction
It wll make it the OD closer to the fronts
235 is 25.4
255 is 25
245 is 25.7
265 is 25.3

Update: Modified the rear bumper tab to give it a little more clearance. Seemed to do the trick. Now when fully loaded it doesn't rub. I know it will probably rub still on really big highway dips, so I'm gonna raise the rears slightly.
But good to know I can run 275's + a 10mm spacer. If it's just one/two person it should never rub.

^^ u will be fine with 10mm spacers all around as long as u keep oem size tires. U can even go 12mm or 15mm up front.

been thinking about getting a spacer for the front as well, 10mm. With 10mils can you keep the current lugnuts or do you have to increase the length?

Always add the thickness of ur spacers to the oem lugs length to determine the extended lug bolts needed.
In this case:
Oem 27mm + 10mm spacers = 37mm (or 40mm if u can't find 37mm lug bolts)

I think the consensus is H&R for the spacers no? Even though that Otis Inc stuff looks really good too and the price includes the extended length bolts unlike H&R.

Any brands will be fine as long as they are hubcentric (spacers should have a round lip)

507 wheel spacers
I [QUOTE=Nunu;6469906]Sorry to swing a little from the topic but I was also thinking of putting a 10 mm spacer on all wheels. I want to keep my 507 all stock but the wheel spacer. Do you think I will have any problem with two kids at he rear? Or any one who have done same set up who can share their experience?
Thanks
i have totally stock 2015 coupe 507 C63. Still has oringal tires on the OEM wheels. Running 15mm spacers front and rear. No issues fitment is good
Thanks
