We talked to all the upset customers individually and offered them free replacements.

This item is currently on back order due to high demand. We have 10 sets in production. All of those who got their refunds are entitled to a free set.

I'm surprised here honestly
I was able to dispute charges after 1 year ... Yes .. 1 year.... and get a refund from my CC company. Sam then reached out to me, we negotiated that he would send the product THEN I would pay him for it. Which actually happened.
I got carbon fiber vents for the 507.
That said.... I was able to get vents from another vendor in the meantime , easy peasy sent to me for $40 less than what I got from MODE and GREAT quality.... Can't remember who or where now 😔
TLDR:
this wouldn't happen in other forums he'd be gone
