Go be 16 man. No purpose in trying to fit in with a Merc forum when you don't even own a Merc. I could understand if you're in the market, but you're 16! Hell, I didn't even know what forum's were at 16, I was wayyyy too busy trying to get my stupid decisions out of the way. lol
this jumped out. 2 kids at 22?? :

On another note... Does the is300 have the swap, or is it stock?
Haha. Yeah I know. As for the IS300, I'm just trying to build it into a safe, reliable track day car for now. It currently has a mostly stock 2JZ-GE with just bolt ons. So I'll be stripping it, sunroof delete, cage, and brakes and suspension in addition to some reliability things like an oil cooler and whatnot. Eventually I would like to add some power and either build a sick NA motor that just screams or swap in something more fun (ie-GTE or LSx motor).

I own an Jeep SRT8 Vapor and I absolutely love it. It's my daily driver and I can honesty say that it's one of my favorite vehicles I have ever driven and/or owned. It's fast as hell (obviously not as fast as my stage 3), it looks bad *** (girls love it..,don't tell my wife...lol) but what really sold me is the overall performance of the SRT8(stance, torque, breaking power, maneuverability etc)...there are no words to explain it, you need to drive one to understand. It's a jeep thing😉😉😉
PS let's give him some slack guys. Life is too short.

I was about to put on my big boy pants and get something big to haul my critters around and such and love the way the jeep looks. Then I googled issues the cars have and started running. Never looked back

I know the SRT6 Crossfire is pretty much an SLK AMG. You open the hood on that thing and AMG emblems are everywhere!! Lol.

And the Jeep SRTs are rediculous! I had a supercharged Jeep SRT and it was a beast. I think the Jeep waxes the ML63 all day.....no? I don't know. I was pulling a 4.1 sec 0-60 in the Jeep bone stock at 5000 pounds

That thing is an awesome ride and it was my second choice when I bought my c63, I didn't end up with one though because I would want a 2014 or better (Because of the new 8 speed and a few other deets that were improved on the 2014) and the price was still up there compared to what I got my c63 for. But eventually I want to get my wife an SRT8 GC so every once in a while I can "borrow" it, hahahah.

It was an SLK, but not the current one of the time. The Crossfire was a previous gen SLK (r170, I think), the SLK had moved onto the r171. Even the Crossfire engines were all previous gen, not one was shared between the CF and SLK (of the time). The SRT-6 had the SC'd 3.2L 6 from the r170 SLK32, while the AMG SLK of the same time (r171) was the SLK55 (5.4L 8). The 2006 Crossfire was the same as a '97 SLK (minus shell).

Yup. It was great for us SRT-6 guys since they only made 3000 or so, there was still a nice established aftermarket.
