I had this happen in my VW after the alignment went out while rugged off-roading. If you have no codes and good brakes and smashed into a pothole or clipped a curb, it may be worth looking into..

I had that same message come up for me in the winter when I drove my car in a few centimeters of snow. Yes a few cenitmeters of snow but I was dumb and wanted to move my car to my garage in my Michellin PSS tires summer performance cars.

Had the EXACT same problem happen two weeks ago...power steering was hard at low speeds but fine at higher speeds. How are your front brake pads? If it's really low it may be affecting the front right brake sensor.
I googled the problem myself and came across a thread saying they changed the brake pads and sensor and the problem was gone.
I'd try to replace the brake sensor first if your pads are still good. I had to change my front pads anyways so I just replace them along with the sensor..problem went away.
Let me know what you find out.

Stick with OEM.
Or go with lightweight Braille battery. But for a daily driver it is not recommended because of the amount of electronic in the car.

I've put it in two cars now. I believe we are a size 43.I'll spare you all the research I did, but basically there are only a few battery manufacturers who own all the brands. Pretty much exact same as OEM. Same weight, all the same ratings, vented, posts on the correct sides.
Get this. Unless you spend a ton on the right Braille, come February when the heat is on and the defrost and the seats and the and the and the.....it wont start you up in Toronto temps.
Just get this one. If Im wrong, I'll drive out from BC and jump start you.

I had this exact problem, car towed to dealer, they scanned the car and they replaced every computer in the car. Had the car for over a month. They also tested for my headbolts and found faulty ones so they replaced all those at the same time.
