All,
no new bid today. We still stand at 2,700$. If the wheels go for that price, there will be a very happy buyer......

Call me a cynic, but I'd be much more confident in bidding if you would post pics of all 4 wheels in the same pic.
@wobble, Would you mind?
Does anyone have any idea shipping costs on wheels? Clearly many factors, but a general idea would be helpful!
It if matters, I'd be most curious on shipping costs then from Cincinnati area to Houston area.
Edit: OK, so i just found Wobble's "other" thread. My hat's off to you sir and your awesome CBS conversion. I know post count & signup date aren't supposed to be important, but like I said, I'm a cynic sometimes.
For anyone else not in the know like me: https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...ck-series.html
Great read, awesome car. Am curious on the laser interceptor install, but don't want to derail this thread.
Still curious on shipping estimates though.![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Thanks,
B

Oh my, what happened to trust in this world... ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
But I understand, I will line all 4 up tonight and take pictures of all of them, in high res!
Re shipping: I checked into this yesterday and found 110$ to North Carolina and between 220 and 230 to California. I used Shipnex to get the quotes. They are using UPS for ground shipping and are about 30-40% cheaper than going to UPS directly.
And yes: the Black Series conversion you cite above is where the wheels are coming from.

Status Update
All,
fyi, the best bid I have right now is 3,000$ (plus shipping).
It is actually fascinating - most of the interest seems to come from far away: California, Canada and even India! We are half way there. Closing is Saturday at 6 pm Eastern.
This shows again, that our prices here in the Us are very competitive. I actually moved here from Europe, and then as now, you have to pay pretty much the same amount for a car in Germany than here, except it is in Euros, not Dollars. Guys, be glad - that and the low fuel prices here make the US sports car heaven (if only the speed limits were different, but you can't have it all I guess).

1 hour to go
Folks,
one hour to closing (6 pm Eastern). Currently we stand at 3,150 + shipping. What will the last hour bring?
