Weird Metallic Sound from Exhaust

Some more information:
Confirmed:
-M-Mode, S+ mode (didn't think to try C mode)
-2nd Gear only at 4K rpm. (1st gear no sound, third gear no sound)
-Sister who knows nothing about cars clearly heard it when I just told her listen.
-Happens after the car is warm.
-Definitely sounds like its coming from the middle/back of the car, not from the engine.
I will reflash this weekend to stock and test again, if it is still happening we can rule out the tune and I am off to my dealer. I will keep updating this as things happen.

Got some more updates for those of you still interested:
I am reflashing this weekend and hopefully having a goPro to try to get the sound.
-Definitely gets louder as the car gets warmer.
-Doesnt happen if you are driving sedately.
-Heard it in 1st and 2nd when going WOT.
-Haven't really heard it in 3rd as its hard to be going WOT in 3rd to 4-5 RPM on city streets....
I will try to get vid and reflash and listen. I will reflash first, see if there is sound and then if there is I will get vid.
