You cant get a fine for a loud exhaust. However, you could get into trouble for "Disturbing the peace". It really just depends on the Police man that stops you, and his attitude towards modified cars.

 

Sounds great but I think it's just disrespectful and not showing maturity...there is a place and time for that.

 

And the time and place is when an R8 is trying to get all noisy so I see it as the C63 owner telling the Audi guy "Hey! quiet down now! this isn't the time or place."

Then you have the aventador quietly lurking and I'm pissed he didn't join in.
