Help with genuine Mercedes brake pads part number

First hi all

I bought some brakepads from a guy that told me that this brakepads is for a c63 amg. But until i got the change to use them i sold my car.
Now that i am trying to sell them i am told that the pads does not fit a c63 Amg.
I have seached the internet for the part number that i have but not found a single information.
The part number is printed on the pads and its Mercedes genuine partnumber.

Would be great if someone can help me.

The rear brakepads:
2 X (A 005 420 24 20)
2 X (A 005 420 27 20)

For the front
4 X (A 005 420 14 20)

Regards

ving,

Welcome to the forum!

The front pads for the C63 AMG are part#A0074205920. The photos we have show the part number you listed (A0054201420) that is stamped on them, as you can see in the photo below. So these are the correct pads for a C63 AMG.

For the rear, I am showing part# A0074209320 as the correct pads but the number that is stamped on the pad does not match with the numbers you have listed. As you can see in the photo below.

The numbers you listed for the rear do not come up in EPC. But as you can see the numbers that are stamped on the pads do not correspond to the actual part number for the pads. Did these pads not come in the box?

I hope this information helps. I will continue searching to see if there is any additional information I am able to find for the rear pads.

Thank you for the help thus far.

No it came with a random box, so i dont know the partnumber on the box.
But what i found out for the rears is that they should fit a cls63 Amg with performance package. Maybe they will also fit a c63 Amg?

Is the front pads for the performance package?

Thanks

ving,

The front pads are for vehicles without the performance package (Code P30).

Those are indeed the pads for the CLS63 part# A0054202520. Those pads are listed for cars with or without the performance package. They also fit the E63, SL55, and SL63. I was able to find this image online that shows all the part numbers you have.

If there is anything else I can help you with please let me know.

ving,

You're welcome! I'm happy to help!

According to EPC, the rears will not fit the C63 AMG. They will only fit the CLS63, E63, SL55, and SL63. And they will fit with or without the performance package.
