Tacho "feathering" on Cruise Control [VID]

Check the video.
I have noticed when traveling on the motorway, at a set Cruise Control speed of approx 115 kph (70 miles approx) that the tacho needle moves slightly up & down. It doesnt stay still.
Its probably normal, but next time your on the motorway (whatever speed) as it happens to me at any speed when the Cruise is on, just have a close look at your tacho needle and see if it feathers up & down like mine.

To see it clearly, focus your eyes on the number "2" on the tacho, and watch the needle move around.
Could be normal. Not sure.
What are your thoughts? Driving on a flat road.

that's normal. the car needs to subtly vary power and revs to speed match your target speed, even on a flat road.

Mine does that too, I think it's gusts of wind going in through the intake.
