LOL exactly!!!!
Quote: Split 50/50?
Yes sir!
Get a lawyer to draw it up and bang! We each get $25k/yr for 50 years!

I could also use:
- Pennsylvania Avenue
- Water Works (faucet symbol) - I have the Electric Company (light bulb symbol - (3) of them actually) so I'm willing to pay decent cash for this or split the $10k cash prize with the owner of Water Works!

Oh hell yeah it would be split 50/50.
That's about $2k/mo for the next 50 years of your life for free.
I know damn well I would blow every penny of it on cars!

Boardwalk is the winning piece, Park Place is "common". There are rare/winning pieces and commons in each set.

If you happen across someone foolish enough to split their winnings with you, be sure to send them my way. I've got some great "investments" for them.

Yeah i was gonna say, Park Place is relatively easy to get.

In other words if you actually did find boardwalk, I think if you spend about $1000 at a McD's you are highly likely to land a Park Place.

Just FYI, "teaming up" with someone to win a prize voids the terms of service for this contest. You can guarantee that McDonalds will do their due diligence before they fork over the million and if they find out you were trying to source the other half of the winning ticket, they'll almost surely void your win. You're better off attempting to find Boardwalk via word of mouth and not the internets... just my 2 cents.

I think it would be hard for them to prove. Unless (which actually could be likely) they keep track of what each store gets in terms of what monopoly pieces they hand out.

Still, could be creative. I was on a road trip to visit a friend and stopped at such and such mcdonalds along the way...

I'll go to McDonalds tonight

I mean 60 for you and 40 for me... But hey, if you're all about less money have at it! I guess I did do that backwards though, whoops.

Before Ingenieur gets his paws on this thread and derails it for lack of c63 content...

I would buy a stage 3 package from Weistec and a couple sets of wheels. Then I'd get the E63S 4matic as my DD.

What would YOU buy?

You didn't just chop my legs off, you took my arms too!

The payment isn't lump sum.
$50k/yr over 20/yrs. Soooo $4k-ish/mo for 20yrs....

If it were lump sum, why pay off the mortgage? Rates are so cheap right now, its like free money. Plus if I were to pay off my mortgage, there would be nothing left! lol
Take all the money and invest it (properly - if there is such a thing), take those dends and pay off the mortgage and after the mortgage is paid off then those dends continue to make you money even long after the fact.

Inside box thinking:
Town of starving people.
Man comes through town lugging cattle behind.
Man gives the towns leader (4) cows to feed his people.
Towns leader butchers all (4) cows up and feeds the towns people, and they are partying it up and all are fat and happy for a few days.
Hero huh...?

Outside box thinking:
Town of starving people.
Man comes through town lugging cattle behind.
Man gives the towns leader (4) cows to feed his people.
Towns leader notices he has (2) male and (2) female.
Towns leader butchers (1) male cow and feeds his people.
Towns leader impregnates the other (2) female cows from the (1) male cow he has left.
Towns leader has a nearby farmer build him a fence around his property.
Towns leader is now supplying the entire village food with the cattle farm he has just built for decades to come.

If I won that money, I'm not sure much would change. I would continue investing as I do now and probably go buy a Porsche GT3. That would prob be about it.

PS. this mornings McDonalds got me no closer to winning that cash! Although I did win a free fry! Might be able to use that as a bartering tool against PH who is offering up a 60/40 (40/60 actually).

There are no lump sum possible in that thing?
Ok well at least I'll continue investing too. But yeah I get that little story illustration. What if at an early stage the female cow cannot reproduce anymore and get a disease. All that expansion will come to a stop. Paying off my mortgage is more like a back up plan. At least I know that I fully own something valuable before "playing".
