U can try a hair dryer to heat up that area before pulling gently.

And u can re-use double side tape to secure the CF middle part to the turn signal.

One is a proper replacement shell and the other is like an overlay which goes over the top of your original.

Some cars require dremmelling some cars do not. It's pretty much random.
