Another update...... Not good.
So, the finished samples, to put it lightly, look like ****. Nothing like the renders and how they are suppossed to be.
I am looking at another manufacturer now to try and make these for me. Sorry for the delay folks, but trying to do this for all of us and keep it cost effective.

How bad are they? How can someone screw something like that up so bad? Pics?

I was surprised, but then again, we were trying to get them done via a high tech CNC machine, which with these paddles is difficult.
We went that route instead of doing a mold since it would be considerably cheaper and I can produce 10 sets if need be, with a mold for it to be cost effective I'd have to do about 500 sets, the problem being I don't know if I have 500 people who would be interested.
If anyone can confirm if these paddles fit the newer MB vehicles (C300, C400, C63) or if it fits any other older models, I would be willing to plunk down the money since I think I can find 500 people who would want them across all MB models.

I am working on confirming if the paddle connection points are the same on the W204 and the new W205. If they are, it would make it alot more worth it to go ahead and open up a mold which I can guarantee will work. That road though means I need to either make a couple thousand to bring costs down, or making a smaller batch but will be a little more expensive per piece as the mold cost will have a smaller quantity to be spread over.
Long story short, trying to find out if the W205 paddles use the same connection points. If they do, then I will move forward with the project, otherwise its not cost feasible.

I was driving a W205 C300 when I was out on the West Coast last week for work, and I can tell you with absolute certainty that those paddles were not the same (I checked them out thoroughly). Don't know if the C63 will be different, but I'm guessing not.

Only way I can verify for sure is by someone removing their paddles and taking some pics and showing me, or I am going to order the paddles for the new one and see them in person.

So after someone bumped this thread, I am now working with a fellow member who owns a machine shop to make some samples.
If we can manage that, mass production will then be easy. Stay tuned, it could take a couple weeks.
