Is there anyway to retrofit this on a 2010? I'm assuming you'd need to buy the sensors and have them wired and all that. Seems like a lot of work but also like it'd be super cool to have for track days!

I suspect that by the time you end up changing the COMAND head unit (you can't just add the functionality to the older models) in addition to adding all the sensors, etc. you'd be better off selling your car and buying a 507.
If data logging for the track is what you're after, why not get what the AMG Driving Academy uses for their advanced schools? Full data logger (they even have units with video) at a fraction of the price that a retrofit on yoru car would cost (plus it's portable so you could move it to another vehicle).
