Thinking about a new car to supplement my C63
My E320 CDI has some issues and I'm thinking about a new ride.
My goal was to wait 6 months to a year and buy an new E63s wagon, but I don't have the cash to buy one right now. Trying to save some money so I', thinking about a 2010 E63 (W212) or maybe S63 with the 6.3; however, am I correct that all of these cars have bad headbolts. Here is an E63 on eBay I've been looking at.

I do like MB diesels so a newer S350 is also on my list.
I've also enteratined the idea of an 2012+ E350 just to buy some time, but I don't like the idea of having a car I'm not that into.
Even though about an Audi S6 or S8 with the V10.

E320 issues are suspension, 8+ years of ownership, and lack of power/features (spoiled by my AMG).
I have a nice Ram 1500 laramie quad cab so I've got the truck thing covered. Definately keeping my C63 Coupe. Need another sedan/4door coupe no SUV. Enamored by the M156. Thought trading my E320 W211 for a W212 E63 would fit the bill. RS7 is out of my current price range.
