I already have a tune from someone else but I don't love it. Therefore, I don't have a stock file to send you. How would this be handled?

When I was there during Black Friday they told me they were waiting for a ship load of handhelds to arrive specifically for that period. Received mine yesterday in the mail

So yours should be on their way

My only concern is I have no instructions on how to use that thing. I never had handheld before since I had Renntech on my previous sedan. Anybody know the procedure? Or i'll just contact them.

I do believe you have to download their Euroflash software. I believe it is pretty simple to follow. I think I saw instructions on their website.

They have answered me by mail to send the package shortly. As mentioned in a previous post, they were expecting a large load of equipment.
