Love the tune from Eurocharged and love the company for a number of reasons:
1) First and foremost, see their post above. No "PM for SPecial" BS that we have to endure with other companies. Price is there for all to see, done deal, no need to waste my time or theirs. If I want it, i know how much it is and I am either going to buy it or not. (I don't think some companies quite grasp how much this annoys so many members on here when a part retails for $440 and yet the special pricing PM for details price is $420. If I was interested in the part at $440 that $20 isn't going to make a difference)
2) Great product. I absolutely love my tune from them, especially since I started with the stock 451 hp. Really felt a huge difference and its been about 6 months now and I have had zero issues.
3) Great customer service. Buying the product was easy, it was shipping out when promised, and when I couldn't quite get it to work, their customer service got me up and running in under 24 hours by providing excellent feedback and answering emails extremely quickly.

Yes, this is for the V5 tune. You get one tune file with it after you send in more info regarding your car (MY, mods on the car, fuel, altitude etc). Subsequent updates (eg V6, V7...) are free.
I love EC. The tune made the car a beast. And any time I ask for a different tune (asked for a race gas tune awhile back), they respond very quickly with a new tune. The car is completely different with the tune and so much more driveable.

Does all OEM engine protection parameters still work (overheating , AFR )
i have to say jerry @ eurocharged is the best guy i have even dealed with, quick response - even we have 13hr times zone difference... and the tune is really amazing

Looking to do a Black Friday purchase of the V5 Eurocharge
Upgrade with hand held.
Have read excellent reviews on this product from the folks
on this site.
Question: from what I have read,
I need and Apple computer to download existing stock file, forward to Eurocharge, they copy file and add a performance file and send back.
After this, if I'm correct so far, what happens.
What is the procedure to purchase. Email or call.
Credit card or PayPal payment.
Any input from a seasoned owner would be appreciated.

yes for v5 and handheld. Its a good bit different, with better throttle response, changes in fuel mapping etc, timing and all the bells and whistles. Vmax is raised as well

apple or pc. Yes, you load the handheld and read your stock file off. send that to us, we modify and send it back to load on the handheld and you to load on the car.

Does i get the stock file back too ? To switch between V5 and stock when ever i want / need to.
Am i right that the dealer cannot read my car via obdII when the V5 is installed ?!
its locked for any reading , right ?
