KW Clubsport Suspension Question
BS comes stock with KW Clubsport suspension.
KW has limited lifetime warranty (Covering blown seals) - Does suspension on BS fall under this warranty or just MB warranty?

Spoke to my brother.
He was the former lead engineer for KW USA.
He said when he worked there, KW would not rebuild these as "officially" they are an MB part.
They would charge customers to rebuild them.
Looks like just the top seal needs to be replaced... As long as there is no shaft scoring.
hope that helps!
Edit: Do you know if the leaking side still has the the black hard plastic ring on it (Like in your first photo)
That black ring is to keep the bump stop from hitting the top cap and sucking oil out.... I know it's strange that that piece can do that... but apparently that's what it was engineered for lol!

^ I would say the same. This is a "MB" part. Check with the dealership.
You should still be covered under the factory warranty.

Those don't look like clubsports to me.
Clubsports use a linear spring sometimes with a helper spring.
These are probably custom springs/rates for the BS.

You will definitely not be able to get KW to warranty the suspension, even if they manufactured it. It doesn't matter if KW manufactured the product, it is marketed as a MB product, so all liabilities and warranties will have to go through MB. Unfortunately for you, MB will categorized that item as a wear and tear item. You will not be able to get that covered and replaced under warranty.
