They don't swap the tail lights. The circuit board on the tail light assembly is changed/updated and the ground wire replaced if required.

My 11 had a taillight recall as well.
That link above doesn't work. Like I said, I have a taillight recall letter waiting to be dealt with and yet that link shows my car has no recalls.

Yeah, even if my car is filthy I never get it washed or the tire pressures adjusted. One time I thought that a 15 degree temperature drop caused me to have to traction. Turns out it was the 6 psi they added to each rear tire!

^^ lol same here, the stealership likes to top up the tires to the max. I always tell them not to touch my HRE as possible. I like them at 40psi all around.
