Anyone else get a check engine light for bank 1 and 2 lean codes....?

Got the tune on New years eve morning and later that night the CEL Came on. Cleared it and drove home nothing......next morning went to my girls house and boom CEL again.....

I'm wondering 2 things.....Jersey is been 40+ in the day than under 20 at night cause I live right near the ocean. (Literally 2 blocks) I wonder if the temp difference between the day and night is affecting it? Or the file they send in the email is based off the weather out there and the difference is causing the code to pop up. Other than that This tune is by far better than my old renntech tune and these downshifts are absolutely amazing.......

So happy with it, just need to work out this issue.

No CEL issues with my v5 tune and I'm in NY so similar weather too. Had the tune for months now as well.

no CEL here either, I believe I've seen EC recommend to someone before to drive around with the mygenius in logging mode and send the logs for review.

they will need data to look at to determine how to adjust the tune if required, but i'd certainly reach out to them first

Maybe ur oxy sensors are shot

Pull them out clean them and plug them back in

also check fuel pumps, I had the same error code and turned out both my fuel pumps were shot

OP if it is a standard V5 tune it is not the tune, you have another problem. My V5 is kicking azz in the cold weather in New England.

$1800 installed, funny thing is a week later my iginition died so my cars been sitting in the drive way for a month waiting for parts and thats another $1800

Negative charcoal delete as well as 2nd cats......I'm also running wawa 92 Oct. Cause I was in a rush dunno if that would do it to me.....normally it's Sunoco or she'll 93

does the car choke @ all when you WOT it? If so I have some bad news for you...

gas doesn't mean anything, Lol...pretty covinced its all marketing, I've been using 91 on a 94 tune for months and had zero issues, infact my MPG is a bit better with 91, 94 it burns too fast or something

Aside from the codes the car runs great even did a few Mexico pulls with my buddies V......

After about 4 hours of driving it'll come back on

Actually drives better than the old tune......no sputtering, knocks, clings, nothing.....smooth sailing

get the pumps checked just incase, mine use to go off then come on after like 200-300KM then go off after a bit, ran great and pulled hard, then after 2-3 months it got really bad, found out the hard way one day when a new S63 pulled up beside me looking for some blood

Ire hope not but,I'll get em,checked out......it only start once I put the tune on so I'm hoping they just need to tweak the mapping a little
