I plan to pick up my first MB (2009 C63) next week and was potentially interested in the V5 tune for its power gains. I did have a couple questions on how loud the car becomes post V5 tune considering the stock C63 is pretty loud to begin with.
I was wondering if someone could share their experience on:
- Change in loudness inside the cabin during normal city driving post V5 tune?
- Change in loudness inside the cabin during spirited driving post V5 tune?
- Any drone?

Hmm. Based on watching a few videos of stock C63's with the V5 tune, the sound of the exhaust during startup, regular driving and aggressive acceleration did seem noticeably louder than a stock C63.
But, none of these videos were taken from inside the cabin so it becomes difficult to gauge how much of an effect the V5 will have inside the cabin.

I am also curious what effect the tune has on MPG. I know, I know, before everyone jumps on me to remind me that I bought a C63 and not a prius, I just would like to know since I am curious.

There is no difference in volume / tone etc with a tune or without.
When the exhaust system is hot, there is a 'downshift blip' that is present.

Yes, it will work for you car. Average numbers for a completely stock car are around 440 wheel hp.
