I don't live in Canada but hear of somewhat similar problems from RVs etc with HOAs.
Maybe I missed something but if it is stock exhaust they can 't do anything in the USA and Canada too, I suspect.
If NHSA and EPA approves it in the US it is leagl anywhere in the US.
Should be legal in Canada.
