The car is serviced every 4000km for oil (Liqui-Moly 5W-40), it received a new ACC filter 2000km ago, as well as a full service A. The Nappa leather seats were just treated with Swissvax Nappa formula as well. I have a folder of receipts for all work/service done to the car under my possession, and the CarFax lists all dealer servicing prior to my purchase. The car also includes a large amount of AMG paraphernalia (books/guides/etc). I have had the front bumper replaced as it was struck by road debris (I have paperwork from Marenello's for this and a photo of the prior damage), I have also had one door dent professionally repaired, which I have paperwork for. I have all the OEM replaced parts (except for the midsection of the exhaust, it was stolen from our shop).
This car has been professionally owned and cared for all it's life, and currently does not consume any oil or other fluids. It is not affected by the headbolt issues that earlier C63's experience. It was previously stored for winter, however it has been driven this year. It is also always parked in a climate controlled garage.
The car is still under Factory warranty for about half a year, and this can be extended.
***I may be interested in trading for a mint 2011+ E92 M3 (DCT, CF roof, winter/summer tires/rims), as I used to own a 2012 ZCP and wouldn't mind having another.
Theres about 20k in mods in the car, but I'm not too intent on getting much of that back. I'm somewhat motivated to sell due to my HOA...

I'm likely going to go back to an E92 M3, and do an ESS 650 supercharger kit (no hate!). I'll still be active here, I really like this community, and I deal with enough C63's a month that keeping up on trends is a must (seriously, you should see my bookmarks, so many car forums...).
Also I will add, if any MBWorld members buy it, I will provide discounted service for the duration of your ownership, should you be Calgarian.

I have my eyes on a gently used ESS 650 kit for an M3, so I'll likely ****** that up and a clean M3 to drop it in. Those ESS M3's are nasty nasty creatures.

If they have a problem with your car they are going to have a problem with a supercharged m3 too...
I'd dig in and grind it out with them. Especially if you have plans to move anyway.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
However, if you really just want to get a supercharged E9X, that's another story.
Having driven virtually every iteration of the E9X (including supercharged variants), I cannot say I would sign up for this switch.
Regardless, good luck with whatever you decide to do.

No part-outs, because some anus stole my stock midpipe and headers.
I used to be an E92 owner, I really enjoyed the car stock.

If you recall my thread about my neighbors and their dismay with the start up of my 507, I totally understand your position and the frustration that you have gone through. I own my home outright and it's just on a street in a neighborhood. I do not deal with HOA, so it;s tough for me to totally understand all the dynamics of your situation.
It's a shame that it got so intense that you have to part with your C63. What a fing bummer. Sorry to see that it got to that point and will be sorry to see you in a M3. (no offense).
Good luck and we hope to see you still here. Care to elaborate on why it brought you to get rid of the C63? If not no big deal. Gook luck with the M3 and I hope you get some joy out of it. Not as much as the 63, but I hope you still have fun. Hope to see some posts from you in the future.
And when you get rid of the C63, I agree with Chris. Let it rip and leave some huge tracks and smoke it out!!!!!!!
And don't forget to show off your new ride here. A M3 on a MBWorld forum.....yikes!!!
Me personally I would have piled legal paperwork up to their eyeballs

This is why I decided a SC M3:
That's my step fathers car. I drove it for a week when I was in AZ (and visited Vivid!), it pulled harder then my C63! I actually didn't even find out it was SC until a few days ago, it sounded bone stock. NA engines suck at my altitude, I'd definitely do a SC C63 if I wasn't in this predicament.

Offer still stands man. Although, at this point, it sounds like you are genuinely excited to revert back to the M3, irrespective of the HOA situation.
