"Replacement" CCB are made to stock sizes of 390x36/360x28 for a direct bolt-on installation - No need to change calipers or wheels.
Standard C63 (Non B-S) stock rotors are 360x36/330x26 much smaller in size also the rear drum brake is smaller than those B-S, CLS, ML63, which means other than CCB rotors you would need to replace:
All four new CC Calipers.
Two new rear C63BS axles.
Two new rear wheel carriers.
Two new wheel hubs which give you new rear bearings.
All new pads.
"Dads 63" did a marvelous conversion project:

We can design the rear hat to fit C63 rear spindle, so you don't have to replace the axle, and if you already have 19" wheels (or some aftermarket 18"), you don't need to replace the wheels.
Your might be able to re-use the stock calipers with a spacer or adapter similar to the set up we offer for upgrading to B-S in iron rotor package here:

Alternatively we can come up with a complete calipers + CCM rotor kits like we offer for GT-R, Porsche and other track cars.
Yes, CCM rotor kit for std C63 can be done - Just getting more involved than brake swap, also want to know how many are interested in this upgrade.

By chance do you have any ceramic brakes for a 2006 SLR?

Are you looking for upgrading your stock iron brakes or CCM replacement. They are different size in front but same in the rear and we can do both.

They come stock with ceramic brakes. I was told cause they have surface cracks they need to be replaced to stop them squeaking.
