Hi Joe,

Thanks for your help, the info was sent to me by the broker i'm dealing with, i've asked her for the vin number! The Car is going for £35,500, their's 2 things which i'm unsure about, first thing is the fact that it doesn't have the LSD & the other is the Designo porcelain leather, ideally i wanted black leather but the porcelain actually looks pretty good, although i've not seen it in the flesh yet? Is the LSD an easy retrofit & any idea on cost?

What's the difference between magnetite & obsidian, is the Magnetite much darker?

Magnetite Black is slightly lighter than Obsidian Black which is more a pure black. This is my car which is Magnetite. It's like a very deep charcoal. You can really see the metallics flecks in it.

Like Mr Jones said - Magnetite is a very deep charcoal metallic (without the bluish hues) whereas Obsidian is a pure black, so the Magnetite is slightly lighter than the Obsidian. The difference is most noticeable in the light as the metallic flakes really stand out on the Magnetitie. *I* think it's a beautiful color on a Merc of any description - it just perfectly suits the brand image. Ever so slightly understated and a tad more elegant compared to a pure black car.
