Some will say facelift car but I think Pre face lift looks way more aggressive.

I think the market will dictate your selling price vs asking.
But $32k to 35k is the range for its value. You will be better off part out the mods. Just my .02cts
I'm telling this based on my experience selling (traded in) my 09 sedan.
Obviously the headbolts taken care off is a plus and can save one value of an extended warranty.

ive been seeing fully loaded low mileage 2010-2011 models in the upper 30s/low 40s at dealers so private sale / trade you might be looking at 35ish like abcut said.

really all depends on the local market, here prices are dropping bigtime on FL models and there are plenty of them too....so that will impact all pricing in my area

Not to hijack thread but did you have a problem with head bolts or did they agree to cover it under warranty prophylactically? I have same car.....

 

I had the problem. Mercedes took It apart, the warranty company comes out inspects it then give the green light.

White, P30, Head bolts done, without warranty and stock I think $36,500 is very fair. then again this was just a feeler haha

I'm only asking $1,500 for the warranty and that is a steal. one small leak will pay for itself on this car.

I calculated if I part out I can get about $2,000 for the diffuser, mikes power pipe, front lip, OEM CF Trunk spoiler and thats on the low side to be safe.

Why not get rid of the 3 series and the mods on the C to raise some cash?

 

You can find a post 2011 C63 that has no head bolt issue for $40k. I wouldn't put too much emphasis on the "head bolt done" because its a solution to a problem that can be avoided entirely, at the price range you are asking (by buying post 2011 for roughly that ballpark $$).

The extended warranty is very useful, peace of mind, definitely. GLWS, she is a beauty!

your right you can get a 2011 for $39,000 then go spend $2500-$3000 for a good warranty which by the way you can only buy from a dealer so finding a 2011 at the dealer for that range maybe a little harder, or the factory warranty is just about to expire

Good warranty companies or I should say almost all I know will not sell a warranty to an AMG not sold at a dealer. you can not just call the warranty company and buy direct and at $39,000 you get all the parts. So someone who is gonna buy a 2011 stock for around $39,000 is looking at another $5,000 or so on the low side for mods. but for someone who wants a stock car then yes 2011 is an option, but you will be paying more than $39 a 2011 with warranty

In California $36,000 gets a 2009- 2010 with about 60,000 miles no warranty, no mods, usually black or grey but lately more and more white are popping up, none have performance pkg and no head bolts done. Your not getting a 2011 under 45,000 miles for this price so yes I do think the head bolts done is HUGE. because two months down the line when you paid $36,000 for a 09-10 private party and no warranty and your head bolts fail and your stuck with a $8,000 bill the person will feel pretty dumb. So for the $36,000 price the head bolts done is huge

I personally think its an awesome price (comparing only cars for sale in California)
