i had bought an online version of this a while back on ebay, and it was terrible. extremely slow, tough to navigate, and just not very helpful. you need to take a course in how to use the product i think. I have ordered thsi DVD product, hopefully it is quicker, but it is still the same product. My C63 is the first car i have ever owned where the manufacturer seems to not allow any kind of simple shop manual to be produced. I do a lot of work on my cars, and this has been a problem. There is a MB service calle StarTek that offers this same manual online, but it is very expensive. (http://www.startekinfo.com/StarTek/ ) I think a one time use subscription is about $20, and you can subscribe up to a year in the over $3000 range, crazy numbers
i will let you know what i think of this product after i get it and have a chance to play with it. I can tell from the outlines on ebay it is the same product and will take some time to learn, the big difference i am looking for is faster access on the DVD than searching the same things online
