What he meant was, the C63 does not come with them from the factory so someone added them. Usually they are attached using double sided tape of some kind. Good luck

I don't know for sure as we don't have these in NA but my guess is they are held on with double sided tape. Warm them up a little with a hair dryer and try to run some fishing line or dental floss under them to get them started and then maybe a plastic trim pry tool to work them off. Put something between the pry and the fender to protect the paint and go easy so as not to dent the fender. Keep them warm while you are doing this. Get some adhesive remover or rubber wheel to remove the old adhesive stuck to the fender, wash it down with alcohol and apply the new trims with double sided tape.

Sorry, I think that we all missed the fact that you're in Luxembourg. Mercedes doesn't offer these in the US so most of us were thinking it must be aftermarket.
Mercedes seems to have stuck everything else on with 2-sided tape, so Mort's advice about heat and fishing line is probably good.

Is what the OP referring to not those little fins that sit behind the rear wheels on the rear bumper?
They are literally just a thin blade attached to the bumper that protrudes the body around 5mm only.
Look closely at this pictures and you can see the black fin slightly protruding out of the bumper, from where it meets the quarter, downwards.
The Boca versions appear to be just a two-part oversized version of these that also clips onto the quarter.
I have the OE fins on my UK coupe.
